NineG, located in Istanbul, Turkey, provides you with the Application and related services (the “Services”). By accessing, installing, downloading, registering, or using Chordie, you agree to these Terms of Use. Your use includes all functionalities including in-app purchases or any interaction with the content. If you disagree with these terms or with our Privacy Policy, you must not use the Application.

2. Privacy Policy

Your use of Chordie is also governed by NineG’s Privacy Policy. By using the Application, you agree to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

NineG grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Application on a single device. You may not copy, reverse engineer, translate, or create derivative works of the Application. All intellectual property remains the property of NineG.
